Core 41 Pilates Studio Cancellation Policies
Arrival Time
Please arrive 10–15 minutes prior to class start to settle in and prepare.
Late Entry
Doors will lock 5 minutes after class begins to ensure a focused, uninterrupted session.
Dress Code
Wear comfortable, form‑fitting workout attire. Grip socks are recommended for safety and stability.
Mats
We provide mats for all classes. You are welcome to bring your own if preferred.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 8 hours before class to avoid charges.

Late cancellations or no‑shows will be charged 100% of the class fee or result in loss of that session from your package.
Core41 Pilates Freeze Policy
Eligibility

Applies to Founders Unlimited and Regular Unlimited memberships.

May be requested for medical reasons or extended travel.

Not available for class packs or trial passes.
Duration

Minimum freeze: 2 weeks

Maximum freeze: 2 months per calendar year

Freezes must be taken in whole weeks (no partial week freezes).
Process

Submit a written request (email: core41pilates@outlook.com) at least 7 days before the next billing cycle.

Membership billing will pause during the freeze period.

Classes cannot be booked or attended while membership is frozen
Fees

First freeze per year: no charge

Additional freezes: $15 administrative fee
Resuming Membership

Membership automatically reactivates at the end of the freeze period.

Clients will be notified 3 days before billing resumes.

Any unused classes or credits do not roll over.
Class Packs & Specialty Packages

All packs and packages have fixed expiration windows (30, 60, 90, or 120 days depending on purchase).

Core 41 Pilates provides fitness instruction and wellness guidance. All classes, workshops, and private sessions are intended for general fitness purposes only and are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Medical Responsibility
Participants are responsible for consulting with a physician before beginning any exercise program. Core 41 Pilates instructors are not medical professionals and cannot provide medical diagnoses or treatment recommendations.
Assumption of Risk
By participating in Core 41 Pilates activities, clients acknowledge that physical exercise carries inherent risks, including but not limited to muscle strain, injury, or other health complications. Clients voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.
Results Disclaimer
Individual results may vary. Core 41 Pilates does not guarantee specific outcomes related to weight loss, strength gains, flexibility, or overall health improvements.
Liability
Core 41 Pilates, its owners, instructors, and staff are not liable for injuries, accidents, or health conditions arising from participation in classes, workshops, or private sessions.
Media Use
Photographs or video recordings taken during classes may be used for promotional purposes unless the client opts out in writing.
